Designer support

I've reading lately about type-safe HTML generation frameworks in Haskell. I find it very interesting, however I don't think it's really viable as it doesn't support designers. By this I don't mean VS designers, Dreamweaver or Expression Web, but designer people :-)
Every commercial website's html/css is written and/or tweaked by web designers. And there's no way they will (nor should) ever learn about F#, DSLs or combinators...
